A nationwide Automotive business is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Huddersfield on a permanent basis.

The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers who may have had damage to their vehicles
  • Assigning the customer to a repair company and establish timescales of the repairs
  • Providing updates to customers throughout the process
  • Updating in house systems with all information from calls
  • Working collaboratively with all departments in the business
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, in a call or contact centre environment (claims/call centre experience within the vehicle accident repair sector will be an advantage)
  • Knowledge in customer service best practices
  • Positive attitude towards work, be a team player and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to provide empathy and support for customers

The salary will be £21,000 per annum, you will be working 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday from the office and 1 Saturday morning every 4 weeks (from home). You will also receive 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays and an extensive benefits package.
