Claims Advisor - Manchester City Centre

Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update client details on the company’s computer system.
- Gather data and input new claims and business enquiries.
- Proactively complete diary tasks to support the team, including work with referrers, third-party insurers, and medical agencies.
- Ensure attendance calls meet quality standards and that all key information is obtained and recorded.
- Work towards targets and deadlines with a focus on excellent customer service and urgency.
- Chase paperwork and outstanding case information professionally and promptly.
- Manage medical appointments in a timely manner, adhering to due process.
- Input and log insurance policies relative to client files.
- Communicate with witnesses in line with allocated workloads and due process.
- Undertake administrative tasks to support the business, including document redaction, bundle preparation, and telephone support.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner and fact-finding abilities.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification).
