Ready for a new challenge in a vibrant and growing Conveyancing team?  

We are currently seeking an experienced conveyancer ready to manage a diverse caseload in a progressive environment where career growth and development are actively supported. 

As a key member of this growing property law team, you will: 

• Manage all stages of the conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion. 
• Handle a varied portfolio including sales, remortgages, freehold and leasehold transactions, new plot purchases, right to buy, shared ownership, auction properties, and help to buy schemes. 
• Work directly with the client and other third parties to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction. 
• As an experienced member of the team, we’d also love to see you support and mentor some of the trainees and actively collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery. 

You’d need: 
A minimum of 18 months’ experience in residential conveyancing, demonstrating a capacity to handle a comprehensive caseload independently. 
To be motivated and proactive, eager for a challenging yet rewarding position within a successful and forward-thinking team.
