Helpdesk Advisor

We are delighted to be working exclusively with a Leicester based client within the service industry for a recruitment drive to boost their customer service team.  Due to continued growth and expansion my client is looking to recruit an additional 7 Advisors to join their existing Customer Care team.

The role is based in their new central city offices and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

All interviews will take place over the next 2 weeks will start dates in June for successful candidates.

As a Customer Care Champion you will join a team helping to deliver customer commitments and help shape the future of the company and your individual career with long term career progression for hardworking individuals and stability with a well established and recognised employer.

What we are looking for in potential candidates:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Proven experience dealing with a high workload, able to work both proactively and reactively to resolve queries
  • Great customer services skills, experience within customer service driven role is a distinct advantage for this position
  • Have a postive outlook and be able to demonstrate how you 'go that extra mile'with customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Packages and epxerience of working with computer applications

Duites of the Role include:

  • Building effective relationships with Key Accounts and Customers
  • Providing ongoing customer support and advice ensuring effective communication with all departments at all times
  • Assist with and submit quotations where appropriate
  • Deal with all incoming queries in a professional and polite manner
