Your mission:
  • General management of the kitchen in the absence of the Head and Sous Chef.
  • Producing consistent high-quality dishes and cooking to an exceptional standard.
  • Always ensuring Food safety and health and safety legislation are adhered to.
  • Supporting on supervising, managing and training of the brigade always encouraging growth and development.
