Your mission:
Producing consistent high-quality dishes and cooking to an exceptional standard.
Menu design, costing and development alongside the Head Chef.
General management of the kitchen, including managing, ordering and controlling of stock in the absence of the Head Chef.
Always ensuring Food safety and health and safety legislation are adhered to.
Supervising, managing and training of the brigade always encouraging growth and development.
