Historic venue's undergone extensive renovation near Tarporley, contemporary gastropub’s with rooms and traditional roots, providing seasonal fresh food dining experiences and relaxing stays for guests with modern and stylish décor.

Your Ideal Profile:
Previous experience in similar environment, working with fresh food menus at a high standard, in smaller venues and leading the kitchen alongside and in the absence of the Head Chef.

Your mission:
  • General management of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Producing consistent high-quality dishes and cooking to an exceptional standard.
  • Always ensuring Food safety and health and safety legislation are adhered to.
  • Supervising, managing and training of the brigade always encouraging growth and development.
