Location: Manchester centre / hybrid
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced P.A. to provide to support to an Academic Leader within the Education sector. This role is start immediately and is anticipated to last for approximately 3 months, however, could be extended for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a P.A. / Senior Administrative role with strong attention to detail and be highly competent on Microsoft office packages. Someone who has worked in an Education environment previously would make a smooth transition, however this is not essential for the role.
Duties include:
Arranging both national and international travel
Arranging and booking all internal and external meetings
Dealing with all internal/external calls in a professional manner
Extensive diary management
Assist with billing and processing of expenses
Preparing, collating and amending all documents
As an Administrator/PA you will have the following skills:
Previous Administration/Secretarial experience is essential
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Highly proficient in all Microsoft packages
