Introducing… Julie Storey

Julie is the leader of our Marketing crowd, with over 20 years of experience within the sector!

Julie began her career in recruitment and financial services specialising in sales, however coincidentally “met the right people at the right time” when it came to marketing and embarked on a new journey in the sector!

Her journey with The Talent Crowd began in July 2021, and Julie describes her role as a “classic, billing manager” which is a different role to what Julie was used to previously, however, this has not stopped her from helping to build and nurture her team that is set to grow over the next 12-18 months!

“Grown-up, loyal and no nonsense”, Julie’s team is ready to get on with the task at hand and get the job done! For Julie it is incredibly rewarding to help people land their dream jobs and seeing them go on to constantly progress. This is something that has never changed, in all Julie’s years of experience, it’s especially rewarding to see her team doing well, growing in their role, and learning more as they go along!

In all her years of experience, Julie has received a lot of advice but her most valued was “Believe in yourself, believe in your experience and know that it is valuable”, it can be easy to look around at others and question yourself, but to know that you and your experience is valuable is incredibly important for Julie and this helps her to be the fantastic leader she is today!
