Janine Owen!
Ops Director at the Crowd and Co-Founder has worked in recruitment since 2000, when as a fresh faced graduate she started on a brand new Education desk in Manchester. Spending time in London and developing a career in recruitment marketing for the past 20 years, the pandemic gave Janine the opportunity to flip sides and set up a recruitment business in the Talent Crowd.
Working with Debbie and determined to “have fun every day” Janine focuses on how the Crowd can digitise the simple processes in order to really humanise recruitment and do it brilliantly well.
Balancing a bit of mentoring marketers, a young family, the increasingly occasional peloton session AND running a growing recruitment business keep Janine busy and out of trouble!
